I'm sure some of our fans and supporters have wondered where we have gone!  If you have visited our website in the past little while, you've probably wondered what was new?  Well, we've tried to answer your questions with a few short articles about what's going' on with the ministry of CenterPoint and the lives of Karey and Kelly.

         
"Go west, young man, go west" was what seemed to ring true as we considered what our next move would be as we sought to follow the Lord in the great adventure of life. Florida didn't have a whole lot of appeal with it's storms and hurricanes, and so with the howling wind literally at our backs, we hightailed it across country and landed in truly sunny Fresno. Tennessee has it's charm, and Florida it's beaches, but California definitely feels like home. It's been almost three years we've lived here now, and although it's sometimes a bit hot, we're learning to love this place!

Karey and Kelly recently performed leading roles in a local production of Meridith Willson's The Music Man here in Fresno. The production was presented last summer at Fresno's Roger Rocka's Dinner Theater. Harold Hill (played by Karey) is the music man who comes to smalltown Iowa to shortchange the locals but is instead swept off his feet by Marian, the local librarian/music teacher (played by Kelly). Even Kailyn was cast in the children's chorus.

Wre leading worship at a number of churches locally here in Fresno, as there is opportunity. We periodically fill in and lead worship for various local worship pastors here in Fresno and present concerts as requested. It's nice to be able to minister without traveling long distances.

It goes without saying, but the family just keeps growing. We are enjoying life with our three children, Kailyn - 12, Kyler - 9, and Kade 5. Life just keeps getting more and more full, and we have a lot to be thankful for.

     

We are still writing, arranging, and singing and performing in a number of different events and in partnership with organizations. Recently, we presented a CenterPoint Christmas at our church here in Fresno - a special Christmas Eve and Christmas Day concert of music that was designed to build up the body and proclaim the great news of Jesus' birth. People came to Christ as a result of this outreach.  We also recently led worship on a Pacific Cruise with an organization called Marriage Mentoring, headquartered right here in Fresno.
